Moxeven-457 Dry Syrup is an antibiotic used to treat various bacterial infections in children, including those in the ear, nose, throat, chest, lungs, teeth, skin, and urinary tract. It is also effective against bacteria that have developed resistance to other treatments, including multidrug-resistant tuberculosis.
You can give Moxeven-457 Dry Syrup to your child with or without food, but it is recommended to give it with food to enhance absorption and reduce the risk of stomach upset. The doctor will prescribe the dosage based on the severity and type of infection, as well as your child’s weight and age. It is important to follow the prescribed dose, timing, and method. If your child vomits within 30 minutes of taking the medicine, allow them to calm down and repeat the dose. Do not double the dose if it’s almost time for the next one.
