Directions for Use

Nasal Squirt Bottle or Nasal Pump: Insert the nozzle into the nostril and press as needed, allowing excess solution to trickle out. Clean your nose after one minute and repeat if necessary. Shake the bottle well before use.

Nasal Spray: Insert the tip of the bottle into one nostril, close the other nostril, and spray towards the sides of the nostril while keeping your head straight. Repeat the process for the other nostril.

Nasal Drops: Tilt your head back while sitting or lying down. Hold the dropper over the affected nostril and apply the advised number of drops. Keep your head tilted for a few minutes after application.
